Does not work with Windows 8.1

I have Xfinity TV to go on two iPhones, an iPad and an Android tablet and it works like one would assume it would- install it, watch it- no problem. I installed the Windows 8.1 app and it flat does not work. After searching diligently for the correct link (no small task!) I finally found an episode of a TV series I wanted to see. I selected it and waited 20 minutes for it to load. I became impatient and did some clicking and was rewarded by an advertisement then more loading. I gave up and watched it on my Dell View. Don't waste your bandwidth on this app until Microsoft and Comcast learn to work with each other.

Not Useful in Any Way

This is just a link page to Xfinity info. You can't use it to download shows as is advertised on TV.

Xfinity on windows 8 surface table

You can browse the TV shows anew even your inbox. However the shows can't be played and emails can't be read, because the app does not recognize the click of the keyboard or screen click. I thought they tested this app before making it available....

Xfinity app just wraps the website.

This is a real disappointment, nothing but a wrapper around the not so great website. Looking for a real app to change channels like the iPad version. Please update!

have Xfinity/Comcast account? Still a useless app

Don't waste your time. I have Comcast, and the app doesn't even ask me for credential, rather it only takes me to Comcast website for corporate news and new product sales pitch. It's a completely useless app that should be removed from the app store, period. If you are thinking about installing it, listen to all others who are saying the similar things as I am.

Most functions simply don't work

Most functions don't seem to work. Those that do seem to take an excessive time to download and respond - even with my existing comcast/xfinity high speed internet connection.

Not very good

The app is just a collection of links to the web site. When you tap on a link/tile, it just opens up that part of Comcast's web page in a panel to the right. Even the link/tiles aren't designed well. They're just grey boxes with text.

Just a bad app

Horrid app. If You fix nothing else, please fix the colors and themes. That's fairly simple to fix. For a truly impressive look, I'd go with a hub app and less of your promoted content and more useful items on closer sections to the hero area. I'll re-review this once things are fixed or updated.

Not what I hoped it would be

The app is not what I hoped it would be. I thought it would be similar to the xfinity player app or xfinity connect for the iPhone. This just appears to give you links to information about xfinity. I did, however, find some interesting "how to" information. That said, I don't intend to keep the app. Hope to see player and connect supported soon.

Absolute waste of bandwidth..

Nothing other than a few links to news from Comcast, and a built in browser for Comcast.net. You would get more functionality from IE11.
