Zenith is an action RPG that combines that feel of the golden era RPG games with a generous dose of humor and parody. The game counts with a solid story which unfolds in a fantasy world populated by dozens of unorthodox characters. Adventuring, exploring ruins, accidentally unleashing the apocalypse, saving the world… you’ve done it all, and so has Argus. And, frankly, he’s a bit fed up with the whole thing. He used to be a wizard, which was fine and all, but he’s in his 30s now, and he wants to settle down, get some peace and quiet. But that’s not easy to get with all those spike-haired buffoons dragging their giant swords around and ruining the pavement. Specially when you’re trying to keep a dangerous artifact hidden from meddling heroes with a chosen one complex.

The game looks like it was rushed and is still in beta testing. No sound settings and the music is way too loud! No character choices. No save feature at starting, so you must complete tutorial. I tried to find sound settings and had to replay the entire beginning all over again! DO NOT go to the main menu without saving your game, or you will loose your unsaved progress! Save your money! Buy Diablo 3 instead!

No options and bad music

There is no option menu and no way to turn down the blaring music. The game crawls, the enviornments lag when moving even at the slow trod. Interacting with objects is clunky and uses RB, but dialouge moves with A. No way to skip or fast forward through text dialouge and it loads one letter at a time, way too slow. Voice acting is good, but they have terribly written lines with cliche humor. Combat is very weak with little difference between weapons and spells. Range attacks and thrown item physics are hilariously broken.

Great game, though it does have its flaws

I really enjoyed this game. Though, the game isn't perfect by any means. First off, there isn't a settings menu when you pause the game, the music is loud at times but I just turned my tv volume down a bit, nothing gamebreaking. The one thing that was frustrating to me personally is that there isn't a map. Won't spoil anything, but did spend a good hour looking for a specific place, then had a "***" moment once I found it. The game isn't perfect but with the amazing music, humor that made me actually LOL, hours of fun RPG gameplay, and story that was interesting from beginning to end, I feel I got my money's worth. I am definitely looking forward to future projects by these devs.

looks fantastic. but suffers from poor gameplay

1st off control issues. firing a weapon does not alwasy go in the direction your aiming. anoying delay in a button press and what happens on screen. beware when playing and selecting main menu as it does not offer the option to cancel and you will lose all your progress and have to start from an earlier save. easily the worst rpg ive played in a while.

I have really been enjoying this game. Its hilarious and the gameplay is easy to pick up. The only problem I had with it was that its really hard to figure out what a item does.
