Warsaw-based Unidevelopment has over 13 years of experience in the Polish residential real estate market. As it grew, the company needed to replace its on-premises operational system to better serve its clients and speed up business-related processes. With the help of partner OneDynamics, the company adopted Dynamics 365 Sales cloud solution. Unidevelopment now has easy access to its centralized data from anywhere and can manage operations anytime, without compromising its core values—quality, professionalism, and safety.
Established in 2008, Unidevelopment is part of the Unibep Group of Poland, one of the leading construction companies in the country. The company undertakes residential construction projects in cities like Warsaw, Poznan, Radom, and Gdansk.
“As our business grew substantially over the past 13 years, it was important to serve our clients even more quickly and efficiently,” says Patrycja Świerad, Customer Service Manager for Unidevelopment.
“Our previous sales solution didn’t meet our expectations in terms of performance and security,” adds Łukasz Krzemiński, Unibep Group IT Manager. “We had to launch a VPN to get access to the system. It was inefficient, so we started looking into cloud solutions.” After trying out various options, Unidevelopment came to a decision through a proof of concept provided by technology partner OneDynamics.
“We saw how Dynamics 365 Sales was highly configurable through different add-ons and that can be effectively used in our business” says Patrycja Świerad. “We now use cloud solutions for almost the entire sales process: from inquiring an offer, registering and manageing of the client base, to making offers, preparing contracts, managing payments, invoices, or following up with clients in different purchase stages. All these operations used to be performed by few unrelated tools, taking up a lot of our and customer’s time as well. Now, they are all done in a very secure cloud environment.”
“To improve our customer experience specifically, we adopted Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Sales,” continues Łukasz Krzemiński. “OneDynamics supported us throughout the whole process with training sessions and workshops for every feature, which really facilitated adoption. The solution’s automation capabilities like auto-fill option proved of significant value, as we save time filling in customer information for each contract and avoid making mistakes.”
A 360-degree business view
The benefits of using Dynamics 365 were enjoyed almost immediately after implementation in all departments. “Previously, if we had needed any detailed information, like whether a contract was signed or payment had been received, we would have had to contact with other departments,” explains Patrycja Świerad. “Now, everybody from the company has a unified customer 360 view including all our data and documents because it’s centralized. Our operations and processes can be completed in half the time.” “Paperwork used to take up loads of time. Now it can be completed quickly,” stresses Łukasz Krzemiński. “Customer data is extracted right away and internal communication has never been smoother.”
Due to these results, Unidevelopment’s interest in cloud solutions continues to grow. “We plan to adopt even more Microsoft tools within a short time, like reporting and analytics solutions,” shares Patrycja Świerad.
