Blue Diamond Growers (BDG)—a California-based fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) agricultural cooperative and leading global supplier of top-quality almond products—wanted to strengthen its digital strategy by transitioning to the cloud and adopting the Microsoft 365 suite of applications. Through its digital transformation initiative, BDG hoped to improve employee collaboration and communication, evolve project management practices, strengthen data security and governance, enable better storage and analysis of business data, automate business processes, and prepare its business for next-generation technologies.

Partner Solution

AgreeYa engaged with BDG first by enabling the FMCG supplier to efficiently migrate from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint Online as part of the Microsoft 365 cloud platform. When this was completed, AgreeYa rebranded BDG sites on SharePoint Online by using custom design and themes, and helped BDG maximize usage of Microsoft 365 features and single sign-on integrations. AgreeYa’s team then trained BDG users in Microsoft Teams to boost collaboration and store business-critical information easily and securely. AgreeYa also enabled the cooperative to reduce costs and harness the power of process automation via Power Platform capabilities.
