Take Blip creates meaningful customer interactions with Azure OpenAI Service

When adopting an AI-first approach, the biggest challenge is not actually understanding the customer's intention. Instead, it is delivering the right experience in line with the customer's expectations. The real value proposition of our platform is the ability to quickly and thoroughly understand customer feedback and enable high-speed evolution.

To remain the most robust multichannel platform provider in the market, Take Blip needs to promote an engagement experience with customers that allows a personalized, fluid, and instantaneous conversation throughout the consumer journey on whichever channel the customer chooses. Azure OpenAI Service and Cognitive Services are helping make that possible. We also use Azure infrastructure services to achieve greater scalability and security for our platform. 

As more customers interact with brands through AI-led messaging, those brands can expect to see increasing conversion rates for sales and service, and this should lead even more customers to engage with the brands. Meeting the challenge of this volume is one reason why Take Blip is relying on Microsoft technologies. 

Through the Take Blip platform and Azure OpenAI Service, brands can have one-on-one conversations that include an infinite flow of interactions with each customer, which is a perfect use case for an AI-first approach. All interactions are digitized, meaning that customers’ requests, intentions, and desires can be recorded and used to tune the platform, making future interactions much more productive. As a result, marketing conversions improve, sales increase, support time is reduced, and customer satisfaction gets even higher. 

Our first successful implementation was bringing GPT-3 into one of Take Blip's chatbots using Azure OpenAI Service. The use case was a marketing campaign that helped customers write meaningful holiday messages. The campaign had an excellent result, with more than 15,000 users creating more than 18,000 messages in just a few days with an 83-percent approval rate.  

Having access to tools like Azure OpenAI Service has more than doubled our chatbot skills development productivity. For example, the holiday message campaign would probably have taken a few months to develop with our previous toolset, but with Microsoft technology we completed it in just a few weeks. Our clients are excited about the new AI-driven features in our platform as well. We are currently running a closed beta with our key accounts’ use cases, and so far we have seen 100 percent of onboarded users take advantage of the GPT capabilities we’ve deployed.
