When Swisscom, Switzerland’s leading telecoms and TV service provider, was faced with communication challenges, siloed ways of working, and disconnected tools, the company worked with Microsoft to create a solution―“Work Smart NOW.” The initiative to connect its workforce on a unified platform has resulted in the deployment of Microsoft Office 365 across groups within the business. Microsoft Teams, in particular, has enabled a communication culture shift within the field services division. Now, “Field Service” engineers can easily collaborate, share knowledge, and work remotely across devices―in keeping with Swisscom’s open-book philosophy.
