The European executive committee for Circle K was looking for a solution to improve the structure and execution of meetings.
Circle K challenged its team to find a solution that would enable it to have more successful meetings in terms of preparation. The team selected Decisions, a meeting management solution that works seamlessly across Microsoft Office 365.

Now, tasks that sync from meeting minutes in Microsoft OneNote or Microsoft Word can be seen in Microsoft Planner, which Circle K coordinators moved to the front page of the teams’ Microsoft SharePoint sites so that nothing gets missed.
