En 2015, les mauvaises nouvelles \u00e9taient nombreuses concernant la fermeture de magasins cr\u00e9\u00e9s il y a longtemps.<\/p>\n<p>Avec un secteur de la vente au d\u00e9tail \u00e9voluant rapidement car la demande des consommateurs pour des biens et des services \u00e9volue, de nouveaux concurrents arrivent sur le march\u00e9 et de nouvelles technologies sont introduites, la question est de savoir ce que les d\u00e9taillants peuvent faire pour \u00e9voluer efficacement au sein de ce march\u00e9 dynamique.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9ponse se fait en trois temps. En <strong>diff\u00e9rentiant <\/strong>l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience d&#8217;achat gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#8217;utilisation judicieuse de la technologie, <strong>personnalisant <\/strong>les promotions et les exp\u00e9riences pour les clients et en <strong>pr\u00e9voyant<\/strong> et en <strong>recommandant<\/strong> efficacement ce qui se vendra, quand, o\u00f9 et \u00e0 qui.<\/p>\n<p>Et la fa\u00e7on d&#8217;atteindre toute cela est de recourir aux donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ceux qui exploitent leur puissance, les opportunit\u00e9s sont immenses. Selon un rapport IDC r\u00e9cent, d&#8217;ici 2017, les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de vente au d\u00e9tail qui tirent parti de leur donn\u00e9es peuvent potentiellement obtenir un revenu suppl\u00e9mentaire de <strong>94\u00a0milliards de dollars<\/strong> par rapport aux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s qui ne le font pas.<\/p>\n<p>Afin d&#8217;obtenir des informations d\u00e9taill\u00e9es sur une p\u00e9riode particuli\u00e8rement volatile pour le secteur, Microsoft a r\u00e9cemment conduit une enqu\u00eate aupr\u00e8s d&#8217;une centaine de dirigeants pour conna\u00eetre les d\u00e9fis de leurs soci\u00e9t\u00e9s et comprendre comment ils utilisent actuellement, ou planifient d&#8217;utiliser, des analyses de donn\u00e9es et le Cloud pour continuer d&#8217;attirer les consommateurs d&#8217;aujourd&#8217;hui.<\/p>\n<p>Interrog\u00e9s sur l&#8217;environnement professionnel actuel de leur organisation, 73\u00a0% d&#8217;entre eux ont reconnu que le march\u00e9 de la vente au d\u00e9tail change et 40\u00a0% constatent que leurs activit\u00e9s changent rapidement.<\/p>\n<p>Les vendeurs au d\u00e9tail qui continuent de mener leurs activit\u00e9s comme ils l&#8217;ont toujours fait sans faire \u00e9voluer leurs pratiques commerciales risquent rapidement de se retrouver d\u00e9pass\u00e9s dans un march\u00e9 \u00e0 la concurrence rude.<\/p>\n<p>Les nouvelles technologies promettent de meilleures exp\u00e9riences d&#8217;achat des clients, une gestion d&#8217;inventaire plus agile et un acc\u00e8s \u00e9tendu \u00e0 diverses donn\u00e9es qui fournissent aux revendeurs des informations d\u00e9taill\u00e9es critiques en temps r\u00e9el \u00e0 propos de leurs activit\u00e9s. Pour exploiter ces innovations, les dirigeants doivent adopter une approche proactive en collaboration \u00e9troite avec diverses \u00e9quipes de leur organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Les revendeurs au d\u00e9tail visionnaires qui utilisent d\u00e9j\u00e0 le vaste \u00e9ventail de leurs donn\u00e9es de vente, d&#8217;inventaire et de clients pour fa\u00e7onner leur strat\u00e9gie de vente au d\u00e9tail constatent des gains dans leurs indicateurs de performance cl\u00e9s, y compris des augmentations relatives aux ventes par m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9, \u00e0 la profitabilit\u00e9 du magasin et au revenu global, d&#8217;une ann\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;autre.
