Public Website for Education or Non-Profit Organization use Less than 50,000 cumulative transitions with any 24-hour period Application using up to 50,000 transactions per 24-hour period qualifies for a limited website and consumer app use. Applications that qualify for a limited website and consumer application use, which will be free of charge as defined in the SDKs per calendar year, can be licensed under the Free Terms of Use.
More than 50,000 cumulative transitions with any 24-hour period Application using more than 50,000 transactions per 24-hour period will need a user or internal transaction based license. Fill out the Request for Quote form to have a Bing Maps representative assist you with your licensing options.
Business (Over a private network) My application will be used by employees or agents of a business for business tasks or to access content over a private network. Business Application (for example, Business intelligence, CRM, HR) Less than 125,000 billable transactions per calendar year Application using up to 125,000 billable transactions per calendar year qualifies for a limited website usage. Applications that qualify for limited website use, which will be free of charge as defined in the SDKs per calendar year, can be licensed under the Terms of Use. Free use limits do not extend to customers who syndicate, redistribute, resell or sublicense access to the Services or Content on a standalone basis.

Business Application with Mobile Asset Management tracking Usage does not apply Applications with mobile asset management are used to track, store, query, display or perform calculations using an asset's GPS position. A business application with Mobile Asset Management usage will require a mobile asset management license.
