Microsoft 365 Teamwork Assessment

The Teamwork Assessment can help you create customer intent for purchasing and/or deploying Microsoft 365 Teamwork services. Designed as a three-day customer workshop, the assessment engages business and IT leaders to assess their needs and envision their desired teamwork future state. The assessment includes readiness, sales and marketing, and example offer materials.

Customer outcomes

The Teamwork Assessment facilitates and focuses business and IT decision-maker discussions on investments that can help improve employee productivity and deepen engagement. A by-product of the assessment: customers will use Microsoft Teams to validate business cases that drive business priorities.

Teamwork Assessment criteria

  • Customer must have intent to drive usage of Teams, SharePoint, or Yammer within FY19.
  • Customer must have greater than a 1,000-user opportunity for either Office 365 license sales or active entitlements focused on driving Teams, SharePoint, or Yammer usage.
  • Customer commits to completing assessment within four weeks of statement of work approval.
  • All Teamwork Assessments must be completed by 15 June 2019.

Partner funding qualification

  • FastTrack Ready-approved or ECIF-approved partners
  • Possesses one of the following Active Gold or Silver competencies: Cloud Productivity, Communications, or Collaboration and Content
Nomination

Qualified Teamwork partners

  1. Nominate your customers. (form)
  2. Send nomination form to FastTrack Ready Program Support.
  3. Microsoft confirms customer eligibility and approves engagement.
  4. Submit statement of work (template).
  5. Deliver Teamwork Assessment according to statement of work scope.
  6. Submit required proof of execution evidence documents to FastTrack Ready Program Support.
  7. Upon receipt and approval of evidence documents, payment is dispersed.
Payment structure
  • Maximum of US$5,000 for completion of Teamwork Assessment, where customer has greater than 1,000 qualified entitlements.
  • 1 to 2 ROI ratio, meaning that opportunity and plan to drive 2,500 incremental active entitlements qualifies for US$5,000.
  • Payments will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by date on which POE documentation and invoices were received, until such time that program cap is reached.
  • Only one payout per customer.
  • Terms are subject to change.
Proof of execution

Return completed Teamwork Assessment proof of execution evidence:

  • Business Decision Maker (BDM) assessment
  • Findings and roadmap report
  • Post-assessment survey

Note: all valid POEs must be submitted by 15 June 2019 to qualify for consideration of payment eligibility.
