Eos is a mental health support app with a particular focus on conditions such as Depression and Autism Spectrum Disorder, created to combat the rising suicide rates globally. Using data analysis, Eos works to help you identify trends in your moods, such as Seasonally Affected Disorders, to help you and any mental health professionals you work with adapt your treatment to your case. Eos also facilitates anonymous, completely free one-on-one chat sessions between users, to enable app users to support their peers, and feel better about themselves in the process.
