Mingleview is a meeting software built for Windows Platform available for free. Just Create a new meeting and then share the meeting ID with others who wish to join the meeting. No personal information needed to create or join the meeting. All meeting options are available in the app, no need to visit the website to configure it. App tries to connect the participants peer to peer without any relay servers. This means there is no personal information needed to start or join a meeting. Only in a few situations, it uses servers to relay data between the peers. If you wish to exchange data only peer to peer fashion then there is option to use “Enable server fallback” .
