Eligibility
To qualify, your organization must be enrolled as a Registered Member of the Microsoft Partner Network. If you are not a member, enroll now.

Your company must sell more than 75 percent of its products and services to customers outside your company.
You cannot subscribe to Action Pack Solution Provider and Action Pack Development and Design at the same time. You can have only one active Action Pack subscription per company, per country.
Your company cannot hold a silver or gold competency.

Eligibility & Requirements

Eligibility
To qualify to subscribe to Action Pack Development and Design, your organization must be enrolled as a Registered Member of the Microsoft Partner Network. If you are not a member, enroll now.

Your business may qualify for Microsoft Partner Network membership if it falls into one of the following categories and sells more than 75 percent of its products and services to customers outside your company.
Your business must have fewer than 100 employees.
Requirements
To subscribe to Action Pack Solution Provider, you must:
  • Comply with the Microsoft Partner Network Agreement.
  • Have fewer than 100 employees.
  • Pass an online assessment once every two years. The assessment is provided to you during the subscription ordering process.

EXCLUSIONS
Entities that do not qualify to enroll as Registered Members of the Microsoft Partner Network include nonprofit organizations, academic institutions, students, government offices, or commercial businesses whose primary focus is not IT-related.
