Immerse yourself in real-world cloud platform solutions
Upcoming Cloud Immersion sessions
Build real world data management solutions
During this live, online, hands-on learning experience, built in an Azure environment, you will create robust, mission critical environments supporting automatic failover (to on-premises and to the cloud) and high availability with SQL Server 2017. Working together with the facilitator and other attendees, you will learn to use Azure Data Services (Azure SQL Database and Azure SQL Data Warehouse) to build out a cloud-based, scaled-out database capable of processing massive volumes of data, both relational and non-relational.
This unique experience is designed for you to get your hands-on SQL Server and Azure Data Services so you can understand how they will help your business to be more efficient.
Microsoft Azure security
We’re building new Azure Security labs – watch for dates in September!
Manage your infrastructure on Azure
During this live, online, hands-on learning experience, built in an Azure environment, you will learn about Azure Virtual Machines and compute power. Working together with the trainer and other attendees, you’ll create and deploy a Windows Server datacenter virtual machine and review resource group, virtual network, and storage account components. The second part of the session will allow you to explore advanced virtual machine features including scale sets, ARM templates, and PowerShell management tools. This session is a great way for you to learn about Azure so you can solidify your hybrid strategy.
New Developer Series!
Deploy a website to Azure with App Services
During this interactive session, you will learn how to create a website through the hosted web app platform in Azure App Service. You will learn, hands-on, how to publish and manage your website easily, without having to work with the underlying servers, storage, or network assets.
Scale your containerized application with Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Services
During this collaborative event you will create and run a Docker application and deploy a solution to Azure Kubernetes Service. In the first part of the session, you will learn how to create a Dockerfile, build Docker images, and run containers. In the second part, you will connect to the Azure Kubernetes Service cluster and deploy the application to the cluster using Kubernetes.
