2023 第十九屆領袖營 Take Mi Hand 活動紀錄
本屆領袖營主題為「Take Mi Hand」，象徵著所有 19 屆實習生手攜手、心連心，期望透過兩天一夜的活動促進全體人員的向心力與凝聚力，並在未來繼續實踐 Empower Others 的微軟企業核心價值。
Take Mi hand, the theme of leadership camp, symbolizes the connections between Microsoft 19th interns. Our goal is to create stronger cohesion between all interns, and also emphasize Microsoft's mission: to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
活動成效
本屆領袖營特色—Take Mi Hand App
本屆領袖營工作團隊展現跨職位合作能力，融合微軟技術，利用 Microsoft Power Platform 中的 Power Apps 服務進行開發，製作出貫穿兩天一夜的 Take Mi Hand App，為活動增添獨特的體驗，提升活動的串連度，獲得主管們和實習生們的讚賞。
The Leadership Bootcamp team developed "Take Mi Hand App" by using Power Apps service on Microsoft Power Platform, showing cross-position collaboration skills of the members with different specialty. During the campaign, the Take Mi Hand App played an important role as providing helpful information and more features, which was appreciated by both supervisors and interns.
活動內容精華
開幕 (Opening)
由領袖營總召 William 和 Clara 介紹核心目標、活動內容以及如何操作 Take Mi Hand App 以達成各環節中的目標，接著由實習計劃 HR Manager Rylie Chen 和實習計劃專案顧問 Amy Chen 給予勉勵，在此也先感謝兩位主管全程參與兩天一夜的活動，為本屆領袖營揭開序幕。
The coordinators of "Take Mi Hand", William and Clara, gave a brief introduction of the activities within two days and how the Take Mi Hand App works in each segment. Manpower HR Manager, Rylie Chen, and Manpower Project Consultant, Amy Chen also gave some encouragement and kind words to all interns.
團隊動能 (Team Building)
由專業的團隊講師 Paddy Xue 規劃課程，以微軟的願景與企業文化為核心，結合未來生涯體驗計劃的五大職位特質，帶領全體實習生快速破冰並建立團隊凝聚力。實際透過「十項全能大考驗」等系列活動，讓大家在執行任務的過程中，了解到職場必備的各項能力與觀念，如領導、協作、目標設定等，進而增強實習生們的向心力。
Based on the vision of Microsoft and key elements of Microsoft Taiwan Student Internship Program, the teambuilding lecturer, Paddy Xue, helped interns build up cohesion through various activities. By participating in each segment, interns were able to learn more about the essential soft skills for the workplace, including leadership, communication, goal-setting, and so on.
頭腦風暴 (Brainstorming)
各小組針對自身工作或生活上遇到的問題情境，發想出結合微軟產品的解決方案，如利用 Azure 模型優化 EDM 審核流程、利用 Power Automate 提升工作執行效率等，再以海報或簡報的形式分享彼此的創意，最終透過本次領袖營團隊設計的 Power Apps 投票選出四大獎項。不同職位的實習生以多樣的觀點進行跨領域交流、互相學習，同時也對微軟產品更加了解。另外，我們也榮幸地邀請到實習計劃第14屆的 Leo 學長回來，替大家做點評以及頒發特別獎項。
The students were divided into groups and asked to share their ideas for different scenarios that may occur in the workplace or daily life. For example, they brainstormed how to use Azure to optimize the EDM approval process or use Power Automate to improve work efficiency. Through this segment, interns had the opportunity to learn from each other with diverse perspectives while also gaining a better understanding of Microsoft products. At the end of the session, Leo, a previous Microsoft intern, provided valuable feedback and a special award to the group with the most innovative idea.
晚會 (Mi Party)
透過新穎的團康遊戲、實習生才藝表演以及派對時間，讓實習生們展現出與工作時不同的驚艷面貌，發揮允文允武、臥虎藏龍的特質，在絢麗的燈光以及歡快的音樂之中，暫且將所有煩惱拋諸九霄雲外，盡情釋放屬於青春的活力。
During the party, the interns demonstrated their intellectual and physical prowess through various team-building games and talent shows. They were accompanied by dazzling lights and joyful music, allowing them to forget all their worries and fully unleash their youthful energy.
跑關活動 (Outdoor Activities)
透過攻佔城堡知識王、逆比手畫腳、乒乒乓乓、自說字話以及我是小導演共 5 個遊戲關卡進行小組對抗，以較為動態的活動形式，凝聚小隊向心力，讓大家在闖關玩樂中能夠熟悉彼此、利用微軟相關快問快答題目來更認識微軟。此外，同步於 Power Apps 中顯示關卡地圖、各組闖關順序、進度和勝負紀錄等，善用微軟產品優化遊戲體驗。
We designed 5 outdoor games to unite the team and allow everyone to get to know each other better while showing teamwork in the games. We also used rapid-fire questions related to Microsoft to help them understand more about the company. Additionally, we displayed the game maps, order, progress, and win-loss records in Power Apps, utilizing Microsoft products to optimize the gaming experience.
職涯講座 (Career Sharing)
很榮幸邀請到 Mars Wang 學長－現任 CSU 部門的雲端解決方案架構師 (CSAE)、第 18 屆 RDI ，回來跟實習生們分享他的職涯選擇和成功獲得正職機會的經驗，使實習生們能多認識一個接近自身經歷的職涯故事，替正在迷茫職涯規劃的同學們增添一個參考、模仿的方向。
We were honored to have Mars Wang, the current Cloud Solution Architect Engineer of CSU department and Microsoft 18th RDI, back to share his career choices and success in obtaining a Microsoft Aspire Career opportunity with the interns. The interns were able to learn from someone who had a career path similar to their own and gain insights into how to plan their careers ambitiously.
實習時光膠囊 (Internship Time Capsule)
兩天皆有安排小組時間，第一天主要讓各組回顧成員們在當天值得鼓勵與學習的表現，提升組內感情；第二天讓每位實習生寫信給半年後的自己，回顧微軟實習半年來的經歷、設定下半年的目標等，找回初衷和動力。
On the first day, each team primarily focused on reviewing the commendable performances and learning opportunities of their members, which helped enhance the group's cohesion. On the second day, each intern wrote a letter to their future self, looking ahead six months from now. The letter reviewed their experiences during the first half of their Microsoft internship, set goals for the second half, and reflected on their original aspirations and motivation.
閉幕 (Closing)
閉幕的一大重點是「主管們的致詞影片」，特別感謝台灣微軟總經理 Sean Pien、公共暨法律事務部總經理 Vincent Shih、人資長 Linda Wang 三位主管，利用預錄影片的形式給實習生們致詞鼓勵；緊接著的是兩天活動的「回顧影片」，特別感謝工作人員們的精心剪輯，讓大家能夠即時回顧；最後則是由「頒獎典禮」結束第 19 屆領袖營 Take Mi Hand。
The highlight of the closing ceremony was the "Speech Video From Supervisors," in which Sean Pien, GM of Microsoft Taiwan, Vincent Shih, Assistant General Councel and GM of CELA, and Linda Wang, HR Lead, delivered inspiring speeches to the interns through videos. Special thanks to the team members who dedicated their time to editing the video. The Take Mi Hand program concluded perfectly with an awards ceremony.
總召的話
William Su (CSU | Technical Assistant Intern)
非常榮幸能夠擔任領袖營的總召，誠摯感謝每位協助我們舉辦領袖營的微軟主管們，除此之外，更幸福的是背後擁有一個非常優秀的團隊，只要提出大方向，大家便積極主動去執行，甚至想得更為周全。其中特別謝謝我的總召夥伴 Clara，我們擁有截然不同的個性，使得我們可以提出不同角度的論點，才能一起把活動推向更好的方向。擁有這樣高水準的團隊素質，才能順利舉辦出如此優質的活動。也因為全體實習生的熱情參與，使得每個環節都能達到最佳效果，很開心能得到大家的正面回饋與讚美，我愛大家！
As the general coordinator of Take Mi Hand, I am grateful to the Microsoft managers for their support and to the staff team for their enthusiasm and thoroughness. Special thanks to Clara, whose different perspectives helped us steer the campaign in the right direction. With such a high-quality team, we successfully organized a great campaign. Thanks to the interns' active participation, every aspect of the campaign was a success, and I'm happy to have received positive feedback from everyone. I love you all!

很榮幸擔任本屆領袖營的總召之一，在帶領活動從零開始到一步步建構完成的過程中，不僅讓我提升了企劃統籌、專案管理等能力，更透過與主管們的交流獲益良多。辦一個活動，我認為除了最終呈現的成果，更重要的是一起共事的人們，這次很幸運地遇到了一群非常棒的團隊夥伴，不用花太多力氣說明，就能理解彼此想要什麼，是件多麼難得又美好的事。也特別感謝 William，我們性格迥異卻有著天衣無縫的默契。最後，感謝參與領袖營的每一位實習生，大家的樂在其中就是活動最大的成功！
I was honored to be one of the coordinators of Leadership Camp. Through leading the campaign from scratch, I enhanced my project managing skill, and also learned alot while communicating with managers and our team members. Working with an amazing team made the experience even more precious. Special thanks to William, who had a great partnership with me despite our different personalities. Last but not least, I appreciated all the interns who participated, seeing everyone's enjoyment was definitely the most worthful part of the campaign!
