SUMMARY
Welcome to our annual mentoring programs. We're glad to see an increased participation rate of both mentors and mentees in this year's. After two kick-off events in mentoring program - Taiwan and mentoring program - USA, we believe everyone is getting more familiar with their mentees. This year, we will focus on fostering mutual value exchange between mentors and mentees, encouraging mentees to take the initiative in engaging with their mentors.
