Explanation

A problem with your Exchange ActiveSync configuration has caused synchronization to fail. One or more users were unable to successfully synchronize their mobile devices with Exchange server computer. This problem can occur in the following circumstances:

  • If your /Exchange virtual directory settings are not properly configured.
  • If you are using Kerberos and you are using an incorrect configuration. For example, if Internet Information Services (IIS) is not configured to support Kerberos authentication.
  • If you are using NTLM and you are using an incorrect configuration. For example, if Internet Information Services (IIS) is not configured to support Kerberos authentication.
