With Wallet, you can also add notes to your passwords (coming soon), access your Microsoft Rewards or Cashback balances, or use virtual cards for even more security when you shop online. It all works seamlessly with the data you have already securely stored in Microsoft Edge.

Wallet securely stores all the data that you’re already accustomed to using in Edge – like passwords, addresses, and payment methods – and then adds new functionality with a modern look and feel. Wallet works seamlessly with Microsoft Edge wherever you shop and browse online.
Wallet has a variety of features that particularly enhance your shopping experience in Edge, in addition to giving you the latest in online security. Use the virtual card feature (eligible card issuers only) to generate a temporary card number when making online purchases, so your real card info is protected from leaks and hackers. Save custom notes to your online credentials, like PINs, rewards numbers, and more, so you have them conveniently on-hand and secure in Wallet. And access your Microsoft Rewards and Microsoft Shopping Cashback balances right from your wallet, so you never leave money on the table.
Your passwords and payment methods stored in Wallet are conveniently available wherever you shop in Edge, with Autofill. You can manage your saved information from the Autofill menu, by going to Edge Settings > Profiles > Open Wallet, or by going to edge://wallet in your address bar.
Wallet is currently available only on desktop devices, but your passwords and payment information sync seamlessly on Edge mobile as well.
