Frequently asked questions
ISVs from any country, managed and unmanaged, are eligible to participate if they’re currently building a B2B application leveraging the Microsoft Cloud, and they’re willing to publish this app to the Microsoft commercial marketplace. Additionally, any ISVs not yet part of the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program will need to join prior to participating.
The benefits are available for 12 months after signing the program agreement. This 12 month preview period starts once a qualified and accepted ISV completes a kick-off call with their designated engagement manager. If accepted, your assigned engagement manager will review all benefits in detail with you.
Marketplace Rewards is now included in the ISV Success Program, available—at no cost—to all participants of the program, automatically. Benefits are designed to help you market and sell your solutions, generate leads with Microsoft's field and through Microsoft's channel by leveraging the commercial marketplace as your platform.
While Marketplace Rewards will be combined with the ISV Success Program, the benefits will continue to be available to every partner who has an existing or new service or solution listing in the commercial marketplace. To see your company’s available Marketplace Rewards, from the Partner Center dashboard, navigate to Benefits and go to the Marketplace Rewards page and select Sales and Marketing benefits.
Consolidating Marketplace Rewards as automatic benefits within the ISV Success program will help simplify and streamline all the benefits to take advantage of as ISVs build, publish, and grow with Microsoft.
We’ve recently announced a partnership with Tackle to accelerate the ISV journey to the commercial marketplace and unlock sales and go-to-market channels. Through our partnership with Tackle, we’re looking to bring expertise to help onboard, mature and grow your business more quickly in the commercial marketplace. You can expect a response on the status of your application typically within three to five business days. Note that the team will not be processing applications nor sending status updates during these holiday closures: November 23rd through 25th and December 23rd – January 2nd.
