The world is over. But it's not quite over for you... at least, not yet. And now that you've got thousands of tonnes of locomotive at your disposal, ready to take you as far down the tracks as you have fuel to feed it, you've got the definite advantage over the infected hordes. This is The Final Station. The real question is whether or not you'll help the survivors get to their destinations.... or let them die and loot their bodies. Sometimes people can be more trouble than they're worth. - A post-apocalyptic adventure about travelling a dying world on a train - Survive for as long as you can by riding the rails, and finding supplies along the way. - Infected are ready to stop your progress whenever you exit the train to look for supplies. - Maintain your train in operating condition and craft valuable items from the resources you scavenge. - Don't expect to shoot your way through the crowds of infected. Supplies and ammo are very limited. - Pick up survivors along the way, gaining perks (and hindrances) for your troubles.

Terrific game!

Amazing game. Brings back the feel of a 8-bit/16-bit game (If that makes sense.) It's sad it's not recieving much attention, But it is surely a recommendation to those who like the combination of Survival + Story (Adding the Retro style). Although it feels very limited in regards to Map Sizes and such. But altogether, 9/10 in my view.

Cool and quirky!

Good Mechanics and Gameplay. The Train's systems might be too much at first, (without a tutorial) but they're easy to understand in a short time. Good pacing of the Story and nice Pixelated Art Style.

The Best Indie Game I've Ever Seen

I love this game and it surprised me in a considerable number of ways. The way it rewards you for choosing to take interest in the story, it's untroublesome yet fun movement and interaction systems, it's dark and graphic pixelated visuals, it's outstanding sounds, and it's complicated simplicity. I would advise you, however, to pay your closest attention to the details that are dotted within the engaging gameplay; it makes all the difference in terms of story and plot. In some sections I'd even recommend ignoring the chit-chat of the passengers to read the dialogue between the Conducter (you) and his colleagues. Well worth the money and I think it could even be a fantastic film if done well. Cheers - NZR

First Class

Atmospheric, thrilling, suspensful, mysterious. The Final Station is gripping throughout and filled with memorable moments scored by an incredible synth soundtrack. It also has some of the most sublimely rendered 2D backdrops in gaming. Overall an incredible achievment.
