Teenagers, out for Halloween fun, are attacked by Flesh Eaters, one of which is recently “turned.” As the teens are killed, they, too, become zombies, in turn attacking their still-human friends. The survivors attempt to contact authorities, but the responding policeman is also attacked and killed. As a nearby residential neighborhood is infected, all seems lost. The police forces annihilate the Undead and the infected, but miss the original Flesh Eater. The outbreak begins again.
