Advancing Digital Transformation with Visionary Thought Leadership

Brillio is a fast-growing digital technology services provider and a trusted partner for Fortune 1000 companies, operating at the forefront of innovation in the IT services sector. With a workforce of 6,000 employees across 14 locations globally, Brillio delivers scaled impact across digital engineering, AI and data engineering, infrastructure engineering, customer experience transformation, at speed. Faced with the challenge of fragmented information across platforms, Brillio implemented a Unified AI Search Framework powered by Microsoft technologies. This solution, deployed organization-wide, leverages Azure Cognitive Search for intelligent data retrieval, Azure AI Agent and GPT-4o for conversational search, Azure Form Recognizer for document parsing, and Azure Database for PostgreSQL to store chat history and enable contextual responses. Azure App Service ensures scalable, real-time search, while Application Insights supports performance monitoring and governance, including LLM token tracking.

The framework spans departments such as sales, HR, IT, and operations, enabling use cases like employee sentiment analysis, automated onboarding, predictive attrition analysis, and AI-driven troubleshooting. Sales teams gain rapid access to proposals and client insights, HR benefits from streamlined onboarding and sentiment tracking, and IT support is enhanced through contextual knowledge retrieval. Predictive analytics help forecast attrition, while machine learning delivers role-based, relevant answers and surfaces expertise across teams. These interventions align with business goals and compliance standards, driving measurable improvements in productivity, decision-making, and employee experience.

Brillio’s transformation journey is further accelerated by its proprietary ADAM framework—Agentic Data & Application Management—which automates data engineering, analytics, and operations through autonomous AI agents. ADAM integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Fabric, forming a Microsoft-recognized solution that orchestrates data ingestion, transformation, and governance. Brillio was named a Microsoft Fabric Featured AI Partner in July 2025, and its ADAM + Fabric architecture was showcased at Microsoft Ignite 2025, highlighting its AI Factory blueprints, low-code agent templates, and scalable MLOps pipelines. Brillio also launched AI Studio, a self-serve GenAI development platform that empowers users to build and deploy Copilot-style assistants across business domains.

Recognized by Gartner as an Emerging Leader in Generative AI Consulting and Implementation services , Brillio has earned accolades for its ability to deliver GenAI outcomes at scale. The company is also adopting ADAM internally to transform its own operations, migrating legacy pipelines, enforcing governance, and optimizing workflows. To democratize AI learning, Brillio has introduced  AI Labs Playground—an internal hands-on platform where employees experiment with ADAM accelerators and Fabric pipelines, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Brillio’s journey reflects a mindset of reinvention and a commitment to AI-first transformation. By operationalizing the  solutions it delivers to clients, and empowering its workforce through AI Labs, Brillio demonstrates leadership in driving innovation externally and efficiency internally. Its unified approach to AI, powered by Microsoft technologies and proprietary frameworks, positions Brillio as a trailblazer in the global IT services landscape.
