YES BANK is advancing its AI vision through three strategic pillars: executing an AI Strategy with a strong focus on delivering value, building a robust AI Governance framework aligned with regulatory standards, and investing in capability building by establishing an AI Center of Excellence to drive innovation through Manthan, the Bank’s central AI platform.

Early successes are already creating measurable impact across operations. Ask Genie, an AI-powered CRM assistant, has significantly reduced query handling time. Invoice automation using Microsoft Power Platform’s AI Builder has achieved near-perfect accuracy - eliminating manual errors and accelerating processing cycles. Additionally, ARYA, the HR policy bot, empowers employees with instant self service capabilities, reducing dependency on support teams and improving internal efficiency. There has been deployment of GenAI in creating technical documentation from source code to help the bank’s engineering teams. Beyond operational gains, these AI deployments have enhanced customer satisfaction, improved compliance accuracy and operational efficiency.

Looking ahead, YES BANK is pursuing an ambitious pipeline of AI-driven innovations. Planned use cases include voice and text bots for seamless customer interaction, Generative AI for CAMS preparation in identified areas, document intelligence etc. These initiatives reflect YES BANK’s commitment to embed AI into core processes for tangible business outcomes and to ensure that the Bank remains at the forefront of customer-centric innovation.
