The LUMI Super Assistant has gone live for 10 use cases, serving over 180,000 users, with another 30+ use cases launching by early 2026. The new process resolves cases 40 percent faster and will support redeployment of support staff. At the same time, Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot have reached 85,000 and 18,000 monthly active users, respectively. These advances set new benchmarks for operational excellence, customer experience, and business growth.
