Orion accelerates AI agent development through its Chat-to Agent interface, reducing deployment from 2–3 weeks to under a week, and provides 200+ pre-built, production-grade agents across BFSI, Telecom, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Retail.

Orion integrates governance through Tech Mahindra’s VerifAI guardrails, RAG based knowledge systems, and fine-tuned models, ensuring transparency and control across the AI lifecycle. It supports cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments and integrates seamlessly with enterprise systems and agentic frameworks. Already available on Azure Marketplace, Orion continues to advance through active collaboration with Microsoft engineering teams.

Tech Mahindra has also built agent-based workflows on Microsoft 365 Copilot, combining domain-specific models like Microsoft Phi with intelligent data retrieval. These solutions allow users to complete complex tasks through natural conversation, eliminating forms, portals, and delays. Copilot-driven IT Agents dramatically reduce support resolution from days to minutes, while Network Agents enable proactive anomaly detection and automated remediation. The impact includes reducing service lifecycles from two days to under five minutes and eliminating 2,000 monthly software installation requests, all via Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Tech Mahindra’s GitHub Copilot Program (GHCP) showcases AI-enabled developer productivity at scale. With broad internal adoption, engineering teams accelerate development, strengthen code quality, and reduce technical debt, demonstrating the same AI-first approach delivered to clients.
