By introducing Microsoft 365 Copilot internally, it wanted to drive improvement in productivity with Generative AI capabilities for its employees. 

Using Microsoft 365 Copilot, PGP Glass wants its employees to focus more on priorities and strategic tasks, while repetitive tasks are outsourced to Generative AI. There’s time savings in summarising documents, drafting minutes of meetings, creating RFPs or creating interview questions. Time spent in searching for files on email or SharePoint is reduced, as is time spent in replying to emails. This enables PGP Glass to stay ahead of the competition by adopting game changing technologies to transform its business.
