    The integration runtime is capable of scanning data sources within private network. You can install a self-hosted integration runtime on an on-premises machine or a virtual machine inside a private network. An integration runtime can be registered with an instance in Microsoft Purview.

    Microsoft Purview Integration Runtime (Self-hosted) requires a 64-bit Operating System with .NET Framework 4.7.2 or above.

  • Download and run the IntergrationRuntime.msi (64-bit) to install the Integration Runtime on your computer. You may also save IntegrationRuntime.msi to your local disk to install later.
