According to Notification No 15/2012-ST dated 17.03.2012, a new reverse charge mechanism will be applicable from the date when Finance Bill, 2012 is enacted. Per the reverse charge mechanism, the recipient of the service is now liable to pay service tax either partially or fully.Supported Operating Systems
