Microsoft Invoicing connector is the component of Microsoft Invoicing that lets you share data with QuickBooks Desktop through your Office 365 account. It watches for changes in information in the two apps, and keeps things up-to-date.

Use the Microsoft Invoicing connector to manage data connections between Microsoft Invoicing and QuickBooks Desktop. This lets the apps share the data that invoices require:
      • Customer names, and contact information like phone numbers, email addresses, and a postal address. For the name, we share the name from the Full Name field in QuickBooks Desktop.
      • Items, which we always shared as non-inventory, and marked as taxable.
      • Tax settings, so that invoices apply correct tax amounts.

With Microsoft Invoicing connector, you can do things like:
      • Monitor the status of connections, including companies and databases
