Microsoft Copilot for SMEs Programme

Jointly developed by Microsoft, EnterpriseSG and AI Singapore (AISG), this programme aims to support more than 1,000 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in building AI capabilities by accelerating adoption of the Copilot for Microsoft 365 solution.

SMEs can work with our appointed partners to adopt Copilot for Microsoft 365 and participate in tailored workshops to effectively simplify daily tasks through the AI assistant integrated with Microsoft software to enhance business productivity. SMEs can also access AISG’s suite of training programmes and workshops to broaden their AI-related competencies in applications beyond Copilot for Microsoft 365.

To make it more accessible for SMEs to embark on your AI journey under the programme, EnterpriseSG will defray 50% of the Microsoft 365 Copilot licence costs for eligible businesses. Each SME will can purchase up to 50 licences at the subsidised rate for a 12-month subscription period.

The programme sign-up period is from 21 May 2024 to 20 May 2025*.

Local SMEs that meet the following requirements will be eligible for the subsidized Copilot for Microsoft 365 licenses:

• A business entity registered and operating in Singapore.
• A minimum of 30% local shareholding held by Singaporean(s) and/or Singapore PR(s), based on ultimate individual ownership; and
• A Group Annual Sales Turnover not exceeding S$100 million OR a Group Employment Size not exceeding 200 employees.

All SMEs participating in this programme will be required to complete a short survey towards the end of the subscription period to share feedback on solution usage and experience.
