The Developer of this Game is not responsible for any damages caused by playing or not playing it, including if the Game destroys your personal or professional life, your data, your device, your neighbor's device, becomes sentient to do evil things or teaches your kid some four letter words. :) 2. The SongArc Team aims to keep the game running 24/7. However, we are not responsible for any damage caused by outages in the service. So, if you are preparing to show off SongArc Live on National Television, you better have a backup plan. Or just let us know first. 3. You are playing SongArc with music that is already on your device. You have to acquire music outside of the game and add it to the Music Library of your device. SongArc is not responsible for how and where you got your music from. 4. SongArc includes some music from featured artists. The included or freely downloadable music are only licensed to be played within the game. 5. SongArc gets better with the Sheets our users create. You can play with Sheets others have worked on, and if you create a Sheet yourself, it will become accessible to the SongArc community from the moment you have uploaded it. To make this possible from a legal standpoint, for any content you make in the game, rights are granted to the SongArc Team described by the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported license without the need for additional compensation to you. 6. SongArc users are a community. SongArc or the SongArc Team is not responsible for any user generated content, such as nicknames or Sheets. 7. SongArc gathers the information you provide (e.g. your nickname) only so that it can work properly. SongArc also collects anonymous usage data. This information will never be given out to third parties in any way that can identify you. However, the SongArc Team reserves the right to analyze the data and privately or publicly brag about how much our users like the game, how many hours they have spent playing it - or any other insight we gather from the data. 8.
