I don't have a Microsoft 365 subscription yet. How do I set up mobile billing?

Which operators offer mobile billing?

Participating operators are: O2 and EE do support mobile billing in the UK.

I don't have a mobile phone contract because I am using Prepaid. Can I still use the mobile billing option?

No, you need to have a mobile phone contract (with e.g. O2) to use the mobile payment option.

I chose the mobile payment option but cancelled my mobile phone contract. What should I do now?

You need to change your payment option to e.g. credit-/debit card.
