Partner for purpose with us in FY24

As I get ready to start work each day at Microsoft ANZ, I am acutely aware of our opportunity – and responsibility – to ensure everyone has the best chance to thrive in today’s digital economy.

Our mission is to empower every person and organisation on the planet to achieve more. We’re so proud of our inspiring Microsoft partners who stand beside us in this mission and we love to celebrate the amazing impact and innovation they deliver. An incredible example is the work of Rapid Circle, our ANZ Partner for Purpose Award winner. The team at Rapid Circle have changed the lives of thousands of Australians over the past year through the platform they co-created with Youth, Family and Indigenous Services Provider, Campbell Page. This has enabled more young mothers to increase their participation in employment and further their education.

Through my conversations with our partners, I know we’re all looking at these issues through our own lens, with so much to learn from each other. This is at the heart of the Partner for Purpose program – encouraging, motivating and building each other up to create positive impact. With so many of our partners leading the way when it comes to diversity, inclusion, sustainability and empowering others, we’re lucky that there are many stories to celebrate across our five pillars:
