You are responsible for deleting all personal data from your device before sending it. Neither Microsoft nor Teladvance will be responsible for any loss or misuse of data remaining on the device. Devices determined to not meet eligibility criteria may be shipped back to the customer or recycled. Recycled devices are not eligible for cash back. All trade-ins are final.
