We have three Microsoft Experience Centres around the world. In New York City, Sydney and London, these spaces serve all customers and enable them to experience our products and services with the opportunity to purchase select Microsoft products on-site.

At the Microsoft Experience Centres in New York, London, and Sydney, you can browse products, see product demos, learn about our technology, and purchase products. And we can do more than just find the right device for you. From set-up to training, our product experts are here to provide in-depth, one-on-one help when you need it.

Yes, customers will be able to purchase select Microsoft products on-site. For additional products not available at Microsoft Experience Centres, our team of associates will help customers purchase product online at microsoft.com.
At this time, we do not offer click and collect in-store at any of our Microsoft Experience Centres.

Our greatest priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers. In addition to the NSW Government health orders, the Microsoft Experience Centre has also implemented other safety measures based on the guidance of health officials. These include providing clear signage and instruction to facilitate guided experiences, safe distancing, eliminating events, and implementing additional cleaning procedures, and adding hand sanitation stands.
