    Once your paid subscription begins, cancellation policies vary based on your status as a new customer and your Microsoft product and domain selections. Learn more. Cancel your Windows 365 subscription any time by going to the Microsoft 365 admin center. When a subscription is canceled, all associated data will be deleted as provided in the Microsoft 365 retention and deletion policy.

    Subscription requires access to the Microsoft 365 admin center with global administrator or billing administrator roles, or new tenant creation. See Windows 365 FAQ for a list of supported devices and system requirements.

    Windows 365 Flex in dedicated mode
    Each license enables up to three dedicated Cloud PCs assigned to different users, but only one Cloud PC can be active at a time.

     

    Windows 365 Flex in shared mode
    Each license enables a single shared Cloud PC or Cloud App to be assigned to a group of users, used one at a time.
