Nor did field officers have a way to access or update information about cases they were investigating. To solve the issues, the Ministry deployed Microsoft® Office 2010, Microsoft® Visio® 2010, and Microsoft SharePoint Server® 2010 to take advantage of business process design, workflow, and monitoring capabilities.
