- For individuals: To use Copilot Pro features in Microsoft 365 web apps, customers must purchase a Copilot Pro subscription and be signed into their Microsoft account.3 For business and enterprise: To use Copilot for Microsoft 365, customers must be licensed for Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Business Standard, or Business Premium, Microsoft 365 E3, E5, F1, F3, or Office 365 E1, E3, or E5, or a version of these suites that does not include Microsoft Teams. Teams-integrated features require a Teams license.
