Microsoft Complete for Surface-series devices must be purchased at time of device purchase or within 45 days after purchase through customer support with device inspection.
For covered Breakdown and Accidental Damage claims the cover is limited to a maximum of two (2) replacements and/or repairs up to the original purchase price of the product in total. Each claim is subject to a deductible as set out in the contract terms and conditions and/or PDS.
