Microsoft Commercial Application Certification Logo Program - Exception Request Form

This document is used to request exception for specific tests in the Application Certification program. Submitting exception request shall only be considered after all means to fix the application and pass the failed test cases have been exhausted. Submitting this request for exception document does not automatically grant any exception. Exceptions are granted or denied by Microsoft after carefully reviewing individual circumstances and limitations in applications and test environments.
