To become familiar with Dynamics 365 for Field Service, it's useful to have a small, pre-configured dataset that makes it easy to trace through end to end scenarios. For this purpose, we've created a seperate sample data installation package (English-language only at this time) that makes it easier to explore and learn about FS. Running this install performs the following: 1) The package will provide setup data which will default behaviour of Field Service 2) Imports sample data such as Bookable Resources, Roles and other reference data. IMPORTANT: Currently, there is no way to un-install this sample data. This should only be used on demonstration, evaluation, training and test systems.
  • Supported Operating Systems
