    For a new install of the Windows Internal Database when it does not exist already:
    msiexec /i SSEE_10.msi CALLERID=OCSetup.exe /qn REBOOT=ReallySupress /l*v [logfilepath]

    To upgrade an existing lower version of the Windows Internal Database:
    msiexec /i SSEE_10.msi CALLERID=OCSetup.exe REINSTALL=ALL REINSTALLMODE=vomus /qn REBOOT=ReallySupress /l*v [logfile]

    To completely uninstall the Windows Internal Database:
    start /wait msiexec /x {BDD79957-5801-4A2D-B09E-852E7FA64D01} CALLERID=OCSetup.exe /qn REBOOT=ReallySupress /l*v [logfile]
