Microsoft Office 2010: Planning for User Readiness Training

This whitepaper provides guidance to help your organization prepare your users for the switch to Microsoft Office 2010. The paper describes the different challenges faced by end user readiness training and outlines strategies for success in this area. Four common denominators of successful user readiness training plans are identified, namely: integrating user readiness training into your overall deployment strategy; implementing user readiness training in waves to drive adoption; enlisting the assistance and cooperation of innovators and early adopters; and identifying the various learning resources available and selecting those most appropriate.
