Language packs for Office Web Apps Server are available for English, Japanese, and Spanish. You must install the language packs on each server in the Office Web Apps farm. You must also install the appropriate language packs on the hosts (SharePoint 2013, Lync Server 2013, or Exchange Server 2013).

To install the language packs for Office Web Apps Server, perform the following procedure on each server in the Office Web Apps Server farm:
1. Install the language pack
2. At an elevated command prompt, type:
net stop wacsm
3. Then type:
net start wacsm
