  • Windows 365 Reserve has the same licensing prerequisites as Windows 365 Enterprise. For more details on licensing prerequisites, see here .
  • No. Windows 365 Reserve provides the Cloud PC only. It does not include a physical device. Users are required to use a secondary device to access the Cloud PC. 
  • Windows 365 Reserve has the same prerequisites as Windows 365. It is offered as an annual license with up to 10 days of Windows 365 Reserve Cloud PC access and must be purchased for each user who requires coverage.

    Each license grants up to 10 days of Cloud PC access annually, which can be used all at once or spread out as needed.

    Once your paid subscription begins, cancellation policies vary based on your status as a new customer and your Microsoft product and domain selections. Learn more. Cancel your Windows 365 subscription any time by going to the Microsoft 365 admin center. When a subscription is canceled, all associated data will be deleted as provided in the Microsoft 365 retention and deletion policy.
