I’m a Sr. Principal Research Manager in the Deep Learning group at Microsoft Research, focusing on dialog and interactive systems, human-centered AI, deep generative models, and retrieval-augmented generation. I’m recipient of Outstanding Paper Awards at NAACL 2024 and ICML 2025.
