To allow installing an android application downloaded from the mobile browser: Go to the mobile device settings Search for the browser application that will download the Skype for business APK In the "App info", look for the option "Install unknown apps" Ensure the status shows "Allowed" After ensuring the browser application will allow installing unknown apps (because the application will be downloaded through the browser), download the Skype for business application and tap/select the package in the downloads folder from the device's file browsing application to install the package.
