The Disability at Microsoft Community’s role is to champion Microsoft ANZ employees who live with disability and create more accessible workplaces. With initiatives, discussion groups, mentoring and more, our mission is to create an inclusive future for all.

Empowering every employee to achieve more

"We are actively opening doors to talent with disabilities" - Jenny Lay-Flurrie, Chief Accessibility Officer, Microsoft

Creating pathways for people with disability

Accessibility is a complex topic, and no one person has all the answers. That’s why Microsoft is investing in conversations and partnerships – we want to start an ongoing dialogue about how best to unlock digital opportunities for people living with disability.

"As human beings we all have our different needs. And with many of us spending a large portion of our lives at our work, it’s important that we are comfortable in this space."

Creating workspaces that are welcoming to everybody

As spaces where everyone has the tools they need to thrive, our new offices in Sydney and Auckland put accessibility into action.
