As the Financial Services Industry Leader, Craig works with a talented team that partners with Canada’s top institutions to advance AI, data modernization, and cloud transformation across banking, insurance, pensions, capital markets, and credit unions. He is passionate about empowering Canada’s financial services sector through innovation that boosts productivity, enhances security, and drives economic growth.

Craig joined Microsoft in 2012 and has since held a diverse range of roles across financial services, most recently serving as the Head of Canadian Banking and Insurance.

He holds diplomas in Computer Science and Software Design from Sheridan College and York University.

Craig resides in Toronto, Ontario. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, hockey, family time, and pursuing the perfect espresso. He is deeply committed to community impact, serving on WoodGreen’s board and the SickKids Foundation committee, while championing initiatives like Motionball for Special Olympics.
