    Defender on Windows enables you to view your phone computer protections and receive real-time alerts about those protections. Antivirus and anti-phishing are provided by Windows Security.
    Defender on MacOS includes antivirus protection.
    Defender on Android includes antivirus and anti-phishing.
    Defender on iOS includes anti-phishing protection.
  • Yes. Because our priority is to ensure your device has protection, the Microsoft Defender app1 works with built-in Windows Security or your third-party antivirus solution—rather than replaces it. You can view your antivirus protection within your Defender dashboard.
